Self worth coaching is different than therapy because it is less focused on symptom management and diagnosis and more focused on developing ways to ground yourself internally and see yourself in a different way.  You would not be a good candidate for self-worth coaching is you have a serious mental health condition.

Self-worth coaching is typically a short duration approach to develop self-valuation skills to mitigate symptoms or get ahead of disorders such as anxiety and depression.

The typical process is 3×4 times a month initially to learn concepts and develop skills, then moving to bi-weekly in order to begin applying new skills/tools to determine progress.

My rates per session for are $175.
